Each program starts off with individual movement screen and assessment (TPI, FMS, SFMA) giving us an idea of how well you move and where to start off our programming. Each program then progresses to an personalized movement plan and strength plan based on the screen findings and goals of the individual.
Every 4-6 weeks there is a re-screen and assessment to see how the athlete is progressing and make any necessary changes.

Team Training (12 or more)
Team training consists of an individual prescribed corrective warm up for each athlete followed by a group dynamic warm up, speed development, and strength training.

Small group training is a scaled down version of our team training program with fewer participants. It consists of an individual prescribed corrective warm up, group dynamic warm up, speed development and strength training.

One on One Training
Each one on one program will entail a review of personal goals, Functional Movement Screen/TPI Screen and individually designed program. Each 4-6 week block will consist of a re-assessment and newly designed program to ensure individual goals are being met and proper progressions are being followed.

Online Training
Through online training, you will go through a Skype session and Functional Movement Screen, goal review and program description. Once completed, an online workout program will be put together and available online complete with online description and video demonstrations. Each program lasts for 4 weeks where a re-assessment will be completed and new workout will be designed.
