Mitchell Sadowsky SFG, CFSC, CSAC, TPIF3, USAWL2
Mitch Sadowsky is the owner and founder of Aretas Performance and owner and founder of Mitch11 Strength and Performance. Mitch works with athletes of all kind from professional and amateur golfers and baseball players to athletes in volleyball, tennis, and pickleball to the everyday athlete looking to improve their strength and fitness.
A member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association, Mitch is a Level 3 Fitness certified member of the Titleist Performance Institute, and holds certifications as an SFG Kettlebell Instructor, USA Weightlifting Level 2 Advanced Lifting Coach, Certified Functional Strength Coach, Certified Speed and Agility Coach, and Sports Performance Specialist. Some of Mitch’s clients have included PGA touring professionals Ian Poulter, Graeme McDowell, Hank Lebioda and Cameron Tringale Major League Baseball players Alec Mills, Luke Weaver and Jonathan Davis. Prior to moving back to the Milwaukee area, Mitch lived in South Florida operating Mitch11 Strength & Performance working with hundreds of clients and also served as Director of Golf Fitness at Lake Nona for nearly 10 years. He currently runs strength programs for general fitness and professional and junior athletic development.
Mitch grew up in Whitefish Bay, WI and attended Ball State University receiving his Bachelors of Arts and Master's of Science while competing for the Men's Volleyball Team.
